Soft Sugar Cookie Mix

Instructions: Cream together 1 1/2 C Softened Butter, 2 Eggs and 2 tsp of Vanilla. Add dry mix and mix well. Roll into balls and roll in extra sugar. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden.
