Pumpkin Muffins

Additional Ingredients: 2 large eggs, 1 (15oz) can Pumpkin Puree, 1/2 C Coconut oil, melted, 1 TBSP Whole Milk, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract \n \nInstructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a muffin pan with paper liners or grease with nonstick spray. Set aside. Combine liquid ingredients and add the dry mix and blend well. Bake approximately 20 - 24 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before removing the muffins from the pan.
