Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies ~ Gluten Free

Additional Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 Can pumpkin, 1 1/2 TBSP vanilla extract \n \nInstructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. \nBlend/Mix liquid ingredients together, add dry ingredients and blend very well. Add to \nbaking sheet by TBSP (or your size preference) and bake approximately 10 - 12 minutes or until done. \n \nLet cool and enjoy. Makes approximately 4 - 5 Dozen (dependent on size).
