Potato Broccoli Cheese Soup

This soup brings comfort on those extra cold and snowy days.  You can add even more potatoes in addition to the block of cream cheese and approximately 9 cups of water - as it thickens you can add more water until your desired consistency.  This soup definitely stretches.
