Grandma's Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

A great side dish filled with sour cream, cheese, hash brown potatoes, and spices.  Makes a 9x13 pan.

Additional Ingredients: 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1/2 C Butter (melted), 16oz Sour Cream, 2 C Colby Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9x13 pan
Blend mix, chicken soup, melted butter, sour cream and 1 C of shredded cheese. Add to prepared pan and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
