Gluten Free Soft Sugar Cookie Mix

Who doesn't love soft iced sugar cookies? Great for everyday and wonderful for holiday season and any special event.

\nInstructions: Cream together 1 1/2 C Softened Butter, 2 Eggs and 2 tsp of Vanilla.  Add dry mix and mix well. Roll into balls and roll in extra sugar.
