Gluten Free Buttermilk Biscuits

Enjoy a warm and flaky biscuit with your choice of additions. Terrific by itself or topped with gravy or stuffed with Bacon, Egg and Cheese. The choice is yours.
Additional Ingredients: 8 tbsp butter (ice cold), ¾ C Buttermilk
Directions: Place dry mix in a bowl, take the ice-cold butter and a pastry cutter (fork works too) and cut the butter into the dry mix. Slowly add the buttermilk and blend well. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and gently press the dough into a rectangle until it is ½” to ¾” thick. Using a round biscuit cutter, cut the dough and place it onto a baking sheet touch each other. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Dry Ingredient List: Gluten-Free Flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt
