English Muffin Bread - Gluten Free

This is a dense bread and makes a fantastic grilled cheese sandwich.  This mix makes 2 loaves of bread for you to enjoy.

Additional Ingredients: 2 Cups Warm Milk (110 deg to 115 deg), 1/2 C Warm Water (120 deg to 130 deg)

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the mix and yeast together.  Add the warm milk and water and beat on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl occasionally. Beat on high 3 minutes (batter will be stiff) - do not knead.

Grease two 8x4-in loaf pans. Spoon batter into pans. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (approximately 45 minutes).

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans onto a wire rack to cool.
