Creamy White Gravy

This is a great mix that you can use as a gravy base but add various items to make it more than a gravy. Add parmesan cheese for an alfredo sauce, add sharp cheddar (or your favorite flavored cheese) and add to cooked macaroni to make a fabulous mac & cheese, and so much more. Makes approximately three 1 cup servings.

Additional Ingredients: Water (Amount depends on thickness preferred)

Directions: Use 1/3 Cup of Mix to 1 cup of water for a medium thickness.

Variations: Mix as above added Parmesan Cheese for an Alfredo Sauce or a combination of your favorite cheeses for a cheese sauce and add to your favorite pasta. Ingredients: Instant nonfat dry milk, All-Purpose Flour, Salt, Butter Buds
