This will become a family favorite this winter season. It is so filling and tastes amazing. Our mix includes veggies, potatoes, and spices. Makes a full crock pot. ****this can be gluten-free if you do not add biscuits or add gluten-free biscuits*******
Additional Ingredients: 2 med/large boneless chicken breasts, 4 oz cream cheese, 4 C Water, 3 - 4 C Heavy Cream, 1 tube Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
Directions:
Add to your slow cooker chicken, mix, cream cheese, water. Cover and cook on low for 4 - 6 hours (chicken needs to be cooked through). About 30 minutes before serving, shred chicken and stir in the heavy cream. If you feel you need additional salt/pepper, this is when to add it. Bake biscuits according to the package instructions - when dishing up, add soup to a bowl and top with a biscuit.
