Caramel Apple Muffins

A great muffin filled with cinnamon, apples, and caramel bits and topped with a streusel made of brown sugar, oats & cinnamon. You can drizzle your favorite icing (not included) for added flavor. 

Additional Ingredients: 2 C Diced Apples, 1 Egg, 1 C Milk, 1/4 C plus 3 TBSP Butter (melted), 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Preheat oven 350 deg

Blend together dry mix, egg, milk, 1/4 C melted butter, vanilla, then fold in the apples. Spoon into lined muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean). Makes 12.
